We all seem to be so glad we quit.
Mister Ed, Bear and John are all loosing teeth due to smoking. We all are hoping the damage we caused will repair itself. Kev likened it to playing roulette. How foolish we are with life.
The boards are very interesting now. We have a group of solid old quitters. Some with damage some without. The octobreathers who seem to be doing really well and the newest group DeQuitters bonding quickly.
While the physical damage can take time to show up,The instant, or almost instant, relief from coughing and breathing helps me to stay quit. The mental surge of confidence helps me to stay quit.
