Hi Platinum Butterfly, B.C. is beautiful! I'm from Brampton, Ontario. Glad to see you making some positive changes here. Sorry to hear about your co-worker's husband. This site is a wonderful place for support and advice. I've made a few attempts to quit last year. My quit date is this Saturday and I've finally made a change in my approach. I was using the patch, but I wasn't have a great deal of success. My doc suggest Zyban and I'm pretty excited because its actually starting to work. Work all the tools on the left here just to familiarize yourself with the process. Are you doing this cold turkey or are you using any NRT's. Good luck to you.
