A weak moment in an otherwise strong quit :quest: Work your way through it, Mummy! You can do it---you have come so far and WE have faith in you! You will be in my thoughts and prayers! Mummy ... do you know what triggered your crave? If you know what triggered it, once you get passed this crave, I would do whatever triggered it over and over and over as to break the association. Post if you need support. Stay strong. You've come so far ... don't let ANYTHING take away your gift of freedom. Mummy22, Hang in there! You have 115 smoke free days under your belt! You've made it through hell week, heck week and the rest. You can make it through this crave! Get back to basics, employ the same coping strategies you used during those first smoke free days. Distractions and rewards will be your best friends throughout this crave. Don't forget to take time for yourself. Taking those few minutes to do something relaxing and decompress may help. Change can be scary and stressful but things will settle down, until then be kind to yourself. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Hi Jo, You know what to do, and the strength has to come from inside of YOU, dear one... Make a decision ~ do you want to Quit more than you want to light up... or do you want to smoke? Clarity is what's needed now, friend... and only you can make the decision to smoke or to protect your Quit... The junkie has only the power we give the junkie... Take your power back, friend!! Hi Mummy! I'm sorry you have such a hard time with the Junkie! Don't let him even start to talk with you, if he does, it's more than likely that he will win :( Shut the door completely when he starts to talk with you, don't listen to one word of what he is saying.
