Healthier LOL That is such a funny story! Those girls were probably like WTF is up with this guy !!! :) You know, it is good that you are giving them good advice. I know that when I smoked, I would cringe when someone told me I should quit, and then would avoid that person. But, their words still stuck in my mind. I hope that you are doing well today, healthier, check in with us! Healthier me, Ok, you've experienced a set back. Your understandably upset but now it's time to regroup and keep going. Take some time to think about the triggers that led up to your slip, develop a plan on how to stop those triggers dead in their path and reclaim your status as a quitter. Also, don't beat yourself up too much. Your learning a new habit and it takes practice to get it right. Keep persevering. Danielle _____________________________________ The SSC Support Team

Thats sounds like the most fantastic place in the whole world. How cool would that be?? We could talk, listen, laff, cry and just be there to support and encourage - - - - if I were an heroine addict I could go to one of those places as they already exist, but becasue we are addcited to a legal drug no-one will ever build us a retreat like that. Fingers crossed for one of us to win the lottery Joanne My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 31 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 790 Amount Saved: 155 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 18 Mins: 48 Seconds: 46
