To help reduce your anxiety about the x-rays, try writing down the facts asking yourself whether they warrant the anxiety. Alternatively, you may wish to consult with your doctor and discuss your situation, as your health care provider's input may assuage your concerns. Finally, you could practice engaging in some relaxing activities when you feel anxiety coming on (drinking herbal tea, deep breathing, etc.)

Sounds like this was a challenging situation for you. Have you progressed further in the program since this occurred? If so, where are you at in the program and what strategies can you use to help you cope?
It's my pleasure! Always happy to support you wherever possible.
Have you seen a doctor with respect to the Buspar? If so, what was the result of that consultation?
Regarding the agoraphobia that you say you experience in the mornings, have you read through the section in the program about this topic (agoraphobia)? If so, what did you find helpful? Were there any points that require clarification?
How can you concretely take steps to live in the moment each and every day?
Glad I got you thinking about these questions. Please take as much time as you need and keep us posted about any realizations.
Thanks for writing. Are there any classroom-based CBT programs that you've already looked into and found unsuitable? If so, can you please let us know which ones so that members who find options will know to discount the ones you've already reviewed? Thanks a lot in advance.
