Something tells me that time is different for all of us. I wasn't able to read about other people's slips until I was about 90 days into it. Just keep setting goals. I celebrated sometimes daily during the first 120 days. Set milestones. The first 10 days were important to me, followed by the first 42 days, and then 75 days, 90 days, 100, 120, 150... So it went from daily to weekly to monthly, now quarterly, after my 200 day tomorrow. Instead of anxiously waiting for something, tell yourself, This is the way it is and live. It'll start you on a calming effect.

Cravings havnt been too bad, but smoking crosses my mid a lot. When does it get better? Today I snapped at someone, had to say I was sorry. Still at this point in my quit, I am moody.
