Jazz, I have no doubt you will be here on Monday with your 235 days.  You are having a moment, and thats all it is, a moment.  It will pass.  Your are a symbol of successful quitters, I have always admired your PMA, it will come back.  Something like that doesn't go away for long.  have a good time...chat with us on Monday.

Thanks guys, for the uplifting responses - it means so much to me.  Well, another day has dawned and I'm still smoke-free.  I'm out of town for the next few days which should be fun, except that there will be 3 smokers with us.  Coping strategies are in my bag, hubby's watching my back, so I'm counting on showing off my "235" days come Monday.  Wish me luck. Have a great weekend all.  And Goofy, please count me in on Sparky's train ride - I'd hate to miss that..

Jazz,

Stay strong and keep hanging in there. Thanks for reminding us all how easy it is to slip - even 8 months in! Stressful times will always arise and we can't always hide from them. Keep your coping skills close by and always remember your reasons for quitting. Think of all of the benefits of your new lifestyle. Stay strong in your resolve.
