Great ideas Jewel!

Do about an hour of relaxation techniques before bed, this will help relax your body and mind and help you ease into a more restful longer sleep.

Long shower/bath
Box Breathing
Night Walk
Reading
Stretching
Letter writing

Please feel free to add to the list.

Hi Gus!! Sleeping was a big problem for me the first week or so. I've since started resting better. I try and take a hot shower in the evening. I also infuse my room with lavender. It really does have a calming effect. I would have never believed that before. I also read til I'm almost asleep. I found that a consistent routine helped me.  Of course, my body had to adjust to the routine. Hang in there and best of luck.

So I am back to being a non-drinker. Bog problem for me right now is sleep (I guess alcohol was helping me fall asleep when I drank).  Any advice on some methods to use to help me fall sleep?
