Thanks everyone.

I cant believe how quickly the days have turned into weeks, and now the weeks have turned into a month. A whole month since I stopped smoking those yukky cigarettes, and I would just like to say that finding this website and forum and having the encouraging messages of fellow ex-smokers has helped me a lot so thank you, thank you, thank you.

Forcemac, you are doing amazingly well. Keep going, it's so worth it....take hold of my hand...Rita's holding one... you hold the other...and together the three of us will make it to the top of the mountain....we can do this....
