Hello Tennielle and welcome back!

Make sure to get those iron and B12 levels looked at. Talk to your doctor about this to see what they recommend. Sometimes, quitting smoking can bring up hidden health problems. Make sure you take care of yourself!

How is your quit going so far? What coping mechanisms do you have in place that will help you get through this?

Come back often to let us know how you are doing.

Unfortunately I've been here before....I've quit at 12:3O AM  on march 16th...not intentional....but long thought about....so cold turkery it is....

most supplemental helps like NRTs and Chantix make me very ill.....

I have iron and B12 difitiancy... that is all they checked based on abnormal cells...so I am not right somehow apparently.

Studying to be a pharmacy tech...guess quitting smoking could only help somehow....
