All the very best to all quitters ~ new and old. Keep on going, even when you think you can't go on for another minute. It CAN be done. The members on this site are living proof of that....... :) Just grit your teeth through the tough times and whatever happens...........don't smoke!! My new years resolution last year was to quit smoking so today marks a full year of being clean and not cheating. The habit is completly gone and I couldn't be happier about it. To all of you quitting: It gets easier. I'm on my 4th week and it's getting easier. Can't believe I've gone this far. I feel pretty good about myself. Maybe there's hope for me yet. I'm taking it one day at a time now and I'm making my New Year's resolution to stay quit. I want 2007 to be the year when I quit. I'm hanging in there. I was going to write something here to welcome and advise all those people who have found this site after making the decision that this is the year and the time to stop smoking but when I looked there are one or two got in there before me. All I can do is repeat what you will read elsewhere here. Keep reading and post when you feel the need. Go through the programme and fill in your details so that your stats will show whenever you post. This is a great incentive. There is no better support for you than this site. Good Luck. Happy New Year.
