Hey tubbies,
Just like kelly said - preparation is important and if you have a plan in place it will probably help you feel more in control.
You know what your biggest triggers will be and if you have a plan in place, like avoiding alcohol or certain friends for a while, you won't have to think of something when you are craving - you will already have a plan to fall back on.
Just take it one cigarette at a time. As long as you don't smoke the next one, you are homefree! Let us know how we can help
All the best
