Hi Ashley,

I will send you a private message as soon as I finish the summary so you can do a review. I am working on session 4 now and I will start doing the summary when I finish session 9.

Eleveno,

That would be great! I am positive it will be very helpful to other members as well.

Take your time. Once you post it, if it is ok with you, I'll look it over and add anything I think you missed   Can you send me a Private Inbox message when you post it just to make sure I see it?

Hi Ashley,

I am one of those members who is going through the program again. Your idea of creating a cheat sheet is very good.

When I finish the program I will review the most important sessions and create a summary. It is a way to consolidate the knowledge from the DC program. Then I could post the summary here on the forums.

Great discussion Eleveno!

It's important to be prepared.  I am interested to hear what other members have to say.

I know some members like to go through the program again.  It would be neat if we could come together to create a cheat sheet of sorts so we can quickly review key points when the need arises? Anyone want to start with a certain session that was important to them?

I already read the chapter Moving Forward and for me this is one of the most important chapters of the program. I had several relapses in the past and I expect to have them in the future. The difference is if I will be prepared or not to quickly deal with these relapses.

I have been following the CBT program and I am already feeling a little better. I expect when finishing the program I will have more healthy behaviors and better tools in challenging negative thoughts.

What I want to know is what people are doing to keep the CBT gains with this program, since it is easy to forget all the techniques learned on this program and come back to old behaviors and distorted thinking.
