Transitioning back to work

Due to my nervous breakdown I was absent from work for 1 year. It could has be much less. If it happened again I wouldn't be so much time absent because it was very difficult for me to start working again and it took me about 4 months to get used to work again.

Have you taken a leave of absence from work? How are you feeling about returning?

Please know you are not alone and absence from work related to mental illness is more common that you think. Luckily, you have a great group in which to talk about it!

What worries you the most? If you’ve transitioned back to work, do you have any tips for those currently in the process?
