My favourite is bread and cheese or a yogurt with bread or a small can of fish with bread. I had a nutrition course which taught me that each meal or snack needs to combine something from the 3 categories in balance from protein & carbs & fat, so you don’t go back for more.

I love pistachios (in the shell - it tends to give me something to do while I am enjoying the snack).  My other healthy snacks aren't anything I get really excited about - or aren't that healthy so it's probably best not to mention them.  Okay, maybe one - I like to have a very small portion of light churned ice cream (usually half a cup) with just a little bit of chocolate sprinkles after I come home from a nice run.  It may not be super-healthy but I am glad that I've been able to get my portions down (it helps to use a very small bowl).

Hi S:  Top three for me:  1.  plain yogurt, especially Greek yogurt, sometimes I add my own fruit 2.  a banana   3. a handful of nuts and my 4th, green tea.
