Weekend Prep

Good Morning Ashley:  it's a beautiful morning with the sun shining on the mountains.  The birds are singing, the trees are blooming and the garden has been started.  What more could I ask for, these things make me happy and I wish everyone could enjoy nature.  I used to live in a city but love the rural life with a dog beside me. This wknd. people will be going to the flower markets and greenhouses.  A real flurry of activity begins.  How we long for the summer after our long winters.  This is a peaceful and joyful time of the year working in our outdoor world. Easy does it though, some of us have been couch potatoes all winter and need to ease into the outdoor work, a little at a time just like the program.  Bites you can chew and enjoy.

Members,

Look out weekend, here we come!

This is the start of great long weekends of relaxing and playing.  Are you ready to have fun?  Are you ready to hang out with the family?  Have you made any plans?  Take these last few week-ends, before the great weather hits, and go over the program.  Refresh your memory, your tips, tools and sessions.

Being ready for anything and challenging it, can help you progress through those tough days.
