Good morning:  I am almost at the end of a cttee. that I am on.  It has been 4 yrs. and I am soooo ready to be finished with it.  I'm finding the last few mtgs. boring and stressful.  I will finish my term soon.  I'm going to write a letter of closure just to get this stress off my chest.  Sounds like a good idea.  When I finish the term, I will read my letter again and see if I can add anything or just laugh.  I'll be very happy to say goodbye to this cttee.

Members,

The finality of a letter can help you achieve closure.  Start the letter and get the closure you need.  Do you need to close a chapter in your life? Do you need to say goodbye to someone or something?

You don’t need to send the letter, only have it written to receive the closure you are looking for.

How would you like to say goodbye to panic?
