Tip of the Day

Hi Ashley:  Great tip.  I do that often.  Sometimes you have to just sit and listen - when you are quiet answers or solutions just might pop up.  It's good to give your mind a break too, not only your body.  We've heard how some of our inventors went to bed tired to rest and those times of sleep or quiet revealed or inspired them often through dreams.

Members,

Relax, and simply sit down and do nothing but breathe. Start with simple breathing techniques, deep long rhythmic breathing. This will help you to find your center and balance. You will feel a great cense of calmness and tensions will be released.
