Thank you. Sometimes it takes a person from the outside to tell you your accomplishments. I never thought of it like that, I  guess I did accomplish something. Thanks!

I am very happy on this site, I hope I can make my appts for interviews now.

Take care!

Hi Kendra,

Welcome and well done for starting the program, something I think you will find most beneficial.

I have been here a few weeks now and feel a big positive difference. The program and the forums are working well for me.
I suffer from horrendous panic attacks but just being part of this group has given me so much relief. I am sure it will do the same for you.

I think you will be fine Kendra. You have studied hard and graduated from college, by far not an easy task, congratulations! On top of that a full time Mum, Excellent work.

Stick with the program and read through the forums it will help you loads, also make sure you do the homework, v.important.

Keep reading and keep posting and keep to the program its a fantastic combination. The community is so great too, just amazing how we can help each other, so much positive. loving, caring energies.

We are all here for you Kendra.

My warmest and best wishes your new friend, Jas

Hi Kendra,

As you have already heard, there are many people within this support group that share the same questions and concerns as you.  We are all a group of individuals who support each other.

Please take the time the look through the online Panic Program.  This program is 12-weeks and involves the many diagnostic tools that may be printed out and shared with your physician.  Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead.

These tests may or may not be for you but they are "free".  If you have any question or concerns with our “TOOLS”, you can contact us at support@paniccenter.net.  We at the The Panic Center are open to any questions or concerns you may have.

Please continue to strive forward and lean on us for support.

Hi Kendra, Welcome!

This is certainly the right place, No hu ha, No phoney quick fixes and nothing to buy. Just a simple program that works. And friendly people that will be with you and here for you. There is no quick fix but there is relief and you will get that very shortly but if you stick with the program you will over time get total relief. Read some of the posts and you will see what I mean.

Here for you,
Davit

I am new here but not new to panic unfortunately. I am recent college grad but am also a mature student. I am 34 years old, married with a wonderful daughter who will be 9 soon.

I am panicing because now I am going out into the big bad world of work, something I haven't done for a long, long time.

I am afraid of messing up, being judged, looking stupid etc.

Yesh. I am a mess but am trying to put my life back together.

Cheerio!

Kendra
