Welcome, Chris!

I couldn't have said it better than Teebs has!  CBT is excellent- it just takes some time and effort. How are you doing today? What made you decide to post?

Please keep us posted on how you are doing.

Hi Chris,

Welcome! The tools on this site will definitely help with your anticipatory anxiety. A lot of the program deals with overcoming panic attacks, but the first few sessions especially should help you learn to challenge negative thoughts and worries that come with that "fear of fear". I hope you will take a look, and feel free to post here to vent, ask questions, get feedback, etc. whenever you want!

All the best,
Teebs

Hi I am Chris:
I had a panic attack 3 years ago and have not had one since then.

I have depression and anxiety so the fear of having a panic attack comes back everytime i am depressed.

I hope that CBT can help me with this. seems like i talked myself into having an anxiety attack .
