Shari, it's true, you have done very well this summer.  I enjoy your humour and enjoy your passionate pursuit of your new project.  It's very positive and inspiring.

Thanks Davit,

You are a big part of getting me to where I am now.  I'll forever be grateful.  Your Forever Friend, Shari

At the expense of adding more load to your shoulders. You really are AWESOME.

Yes, I've noticed big changes that have permeated into every aspect of my life, not just with anxiety and panic.  With all of this retraining your mind to focus on the positive, I've become an optimist.  I'm expecting great things and great things are happening.  My approach to this program is as follows.  I am single minded about the process.  You either believe it's going to work or you don't.  You can't be double minded about it.  I believe the program works and it is working for me.  If I have an off day, that's life, off days happen.  I keep believing and keep going forward.  This is what I've found in my experience.

Hi Shari,

It is awesome to hear that this has been a great summer for you! It sounds like you are really benefiting from the program and are noticing exceptional changes, is that right? How has the program been helpful to you? What approach are you taking to working through the program?

This is the greatest summer of my life!  I found this site and I am much better and I have lots of friends here.  It's a dream come true.  I look at exposure work as exciting and challenging instead of a dread or fear.  I haven't avoided things like I used to and I just say, "yes", to where ever my family wants to go, instead of staying behind.  The summer used to mean that, yea! my daughter is home from college.  Now she has internships every summer in different states.  The role transition session was great, so now I say to the summer, yea! what am I going to do and enjoy.  I'm glad, that even before taking this program, I traveled with my daughter to Florida, and found a passion for snakes (by trying something new).  And, that I did a 5K run which was completely outside of my comfort zone and out of my fitness zone.  And, I got a pet parrot out of our tree and reunited him with his owner and got to bird sit him and his friend for a week.  You can't get much better than that.  I am taking better care of myself which is huge, because I would even put the pets before myself.  I'm working on negative core beliefs and it's just so exciting to learn and use all of the skills on this program.
