Yes, you can use anything I have written.  For me posting was most bothersome in the area of opening up about private subjects - things I just wouldn't talk about.  I was timid at first, still am a little, but over time became more trusting.

I would just like to tell the new members that when I first found this
site I was scared to post for fear of sounding to weird or silly but
as I started to read the forums I found that people were going
through the same kind of things that I was. I think that by me
posting that first time it was kind of freeing because now I know that I can
talk about it with others and it takes the fear  out of having anxiety
and panic. we deal with alot of fear so it's nice to have people who
get what your going through! So when you are ready give it a try and take that
first step! My best to all.

Ashley,

It's fine with me.  I hope I can help in some way.

Great ideas!

Would any of you mind if I quoted some of you to encourage new registered members to post in an email reminder service we are working on?

Members, if you still haven't added your two cents please do so.

I'd say to them...."The first time I posted here  I was scared too, thinking...this isn't going to help me...but I've found it to be very helpful...maybe you'll get something out of it too...there's no harm in trying it."

This support is for everyone. Please do not be afraid to post.   I always like to see new faces and meet new people especially people who are trying to learn to live with illness like I am.  Please feel free to post at any time and when you are ready.... We just might be able to help each other through this.

Ashley

I would like to ask people if they are doing the program and not posting. I would like them to just post one or two words just so that all this bragging about it working that I do is really working for them even though they may be doing it on there own. I'd just like to know.

Ashley right now I am talking to a person filling out the forms and she is saying the same as a lot of people are, that the forms are hard to answer with yes or no. Just wanted you to know that. I hope that people are not avoiding posting because they are afraid of how there first impression will look. I have sent people here and had them not show up. I will ask them what is scaring them away.

Davit.
