Woo Hoo! Way to go! I hate those "super stores" too. As soon as I walk in, I get that anxiety blindness - where everything is blurry and disoriented. I always have to force myself through because I just don't have time to come back. I've learned that if I keep motivating myself while I'm there it really helps. Then, when I get out and I'm sitting in the car, I feel proud of myself because I did it. So, I totally understand your feelings on this. I am so happy for you - good job!!!

Ok, well this isn't about a superstore as much as it is about a Supermarket! Today I went to my therapist. As I walked out I decided to walk home. On the way home I passed the supermarket and remember I had some stuff I needed. Instead of heading home and making a list for my hubby I decided to go in and do the shopping myself. I was so proud of myself. I did good and got everything I needed plus a special suypper for tonight! I don't even like going in with my safe person and this time I went in alone! I am super happy with myself. I was calm the whole time from walking through all the giant isles to waiting in line :) Anyway, so that is my day :) -Diva

Hi, Congratulations on your success. I have a hard time in any supermarket, but those mega-marts are always the most painful. It's more like trying to escape from a maze than shopping, but that's awesome that you made it through. Tallglassofwater
