Ok so Sunday was also a good day success wise for me, It was an exhausting day but I was really happy with myself when it was over. 1st, I went shopping for a few hours in a Superstore with my hubby. Talk about big and crowded! A few times I felt a rise in anxiety but I quickly did some thought challenging in my head and it passed. 2nd, After shopping at Loblaw's, I went grocery shopping at the Supermarket lol I had not been grocery shopping since December, let alone in a super huge store like Loblaw's! Than I went to a busy Birthday party and stayed there a good three hours even tho there was tons of people coming and going etc. Than I was exhausted and I came home lol So that is my Sunday! I am super happy with it. I really wasn't sure I would manage to pull it off but I did and I am super happy! -Diva

Ok today was a huge day for me! First I went to the dentist for my check up and my cleaning (and bleh I will have to go back twice to get some cavities taken care of >.< but I will be fine). I went with my safe person (mom) tho lol. But she sat in the waiting room as I faced the dental hygienist and the dentist on my own lol. They are really nice and know I have anxiety so they take good care of me lol. She warns me about anything that will be noisy and such and explains to me why she does things and it makes me feel better lol. But I was proud that I just scheduled and went and all went super well :) And I got a cool new toothbrush out of it lol! Then we went back to my mom's place and had some lunch, then me, my mom and stepdad went and took the bus (here is success number two for me, I dislike buses lol) and went, get this, to a museum! A big crowded museum. And it turned out great! The paintings were amazing, it was a fantastic afternoon, and I delt with it really well, even when my mom was in another room! (and ok, ok, she rarely changed room without me lol she knows me lol but still even when she did I was ok). So the museum was great. Then we moved on to go to the restaurant! And we ate dessert and coffeee (well I had herbal teat, they had coffee lol). And I did well there too! And then, we took the bus back and I took the bus alone part of the way back! So all in all it was one major day and I am exhausted and ready for a good nice nap lol But It was a great day and I am super happy with my day! Hope you guys had a good day too! -Diva

Ok so two weeks ago I ended up in the hospital on sunday and then proceeded to be sick for a whole week plus a few days into my vacation week. Then I had my vacation week. During my vacation week (last friday) I had a panic attack which was pretty bad and that shook me up. So let's just say I was pretty nervous about going back to work today even if it was just a half day! (from 1pm to 5:30 pm). But I did it! I got up did some e-mail writing and got ready and left for work. So I took the cab, but at least I went to work. and I stayed till 5:30 pm and all went well. So I am super proud of myself for that. Going back to something after a long absence is always nerve racking for me but I did it and I am happy with my half day at work. On top of it, I came back by bus! I hadn't taken the bus in two weeks and was pretty nervous about it but I talked to myself and stuck it out at the bus stop and took the bus home, bus transfer and all. All in all I am really happy with my day! -Diva
