Diva, Welcome to the Panic Center! You've come to the right place. I think you'll find it easy to relate to many of our members and vice versa. Please start working through our CBT program. It will teach you about panic and your panic cycle. It will also, in time, get you started on exposure work. The program is located in your session diary and if you have any questions, just ask. Hiya guys^^ I am not too sure what to say. I am new at this. I can tell you i have suffer from multiple anxiety disorders (GAD, Panic attacks, Agoraphobia) for many years. Some of those years were really good to me tho so i can't complain. But i have hit a rough patch lately and i am trying to arm myself as best i can to get over the hump :) I am happy to fins this web site and see that there is somewhere where i can discuss my concerns with people who will get what i am saying. My family is very nice and supportive and they do try to get it but except for those of them who have anxiety disorders also, they just can't really know what it is like. Plus i tend to have trouble discussing some things with them cause i don't want them to freak out. They so want the best for me. Anyway, seems like for somebody who doesn't know what to say i am saying alot. Anyway i just want to say hello and i am glad i have found this place :) -Diva
