Hi JohnPatrick,
Congratulations on starting your quit journey!  Be careful around the alcohol though, it does not take much to let your guard down and then that darn NicoDemon slips back into your life. How long were you a smoker? Keep us posted on your progress okay?
Stay strong.

And I failed to mention earlier that I used the Allen Carr method.
The book is never more than an arm length away. It really is magical.

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

*I originally posted this in the wrong forum. Now I see it belongs here.

I stopped smoking the day before my 50th birthday, 2 Days ago, 12-9-18. And already food tastes
better & my fingers didnt go numb while outside in the 20 degree cold and my healthy fingernail color has come back.
I am looking forward to everyday as a non-smoker and the wonderful aspects of not being a drug addict anymore.

I had my 1st beer last night as a non-smoker and I must say it was a little strange not having something
burning between my fingers. I kept reaching for things that werent there. Lol. So i grabbed a straw to keep
my hands & mouth busy. What I must tell you though is how damn good that beer was. In only 2 days my
taste is coming back and carbonated beverages dont sting my tongue. I was so fascinated about how good the
taste was it distracted me from not thinking about smoking. But when I did think about smoking, while still enjoying my
beer, I just read a chapter in my help book and then was off to bed.

I use to smoke 50 cigs a day. That was only a few days ago. Feels like months.
I got this. And so do you.
I am never going to smoke again.
I am a non-smoker.
Isn't it Wonderful!!!!

*Your entire body will be 100% nicotine free in 3 days. : )
