Hello Walt and Janie,

It's so great to hear of your ongoing success!

The habit cravings will continue for a while yet.  Even now, nearly 10 years down the line, when I have accomplished something particularly well, the phrase, "Good, I can sit down and have a cigarette!"  flashes by in my mind.  Those habit ones were the most frequent.  That is why it is important to reward yourself little and often!

Keep up the good work!  Whatever it takes, just don't smoke!

Love Lolly.

Hi Everybody, Things are going about the same here as Janie it seems...have had a few challenging moments since my last update but things are still moving forward positively and I am excited to have reached the one month marker! The physical cravings are pretty much gone, it is really these habitual cravings that I still am dealing with. Hope all is well with everybody else here, will keep up the good fight over here! - Walt

Hi, All is going well with me...30 days down. I've had a couple of difficult moments but I'm determined that this is the one and only time that I will give up. I'm noticing a big difference in my fitness and general wellbeing. Thank you everyone for all the support that you have given over the last 30 days and I'm looking forward to the next 30. Hope you are all well. Janie
