You're doing great Mamma and we're all rooting for you.

I remember my first week, the only thing I could think about was cigarettes and I thought it would never end. I almost broke a $100,000+ piece of equipment at work because I couldn't think clearly and wasn't paying attention while using it. I felt constantly frustrated and couldn't wait for it to end. The good news is, IT GETS SO MUCH BETTER!! Is it always easy? Of course not. But it's way better than that first week. Keep hanging in there and you'll be amazed when you realize that you just spent several hours, or maybe even a day, and haven't thought about smoking.

Keep rewarding yourself. Plan something great to celebrate your first week.

Hi Mama,
It sure is hard, but it WILL get easier with time. You've started the new year out the best way you could...SMOKE FREE!
Good luck and hang in there girl.

Woww ......what a very long, hard week this has been.....BUT STILL SMOKE FREE.  Have I almost given up? You betcha I have but I keep saying N O P E.  Many thanks for all who have been so helpful and supportive.  That darn Nico Demon is brutal.  I talk to myself allot, even let loose a scream now and then but I refuse to light up.  I just wish  I could stop thinking about this 24/7.  I know it will lessen in time but it's a big pain right now..lol  I have been a bear to live with and done nothing but say I'm sorry and please hang in there. My support at home and with family is great.  I have to continue to work at this and keep fighting.  Hope you all have a wonderful safe and Happy New Year
