Prepare now! Spring is a great time to Quit!

Many smokers do serious housecleaning, some literally scrub it from top to bottom.  This serves a number of purposes: keeps the person busy, it's a distraction, it's exercise, and it removes the old smokey residue from the home.  Once done with the home, some will move on to their car(s).

Spring is a great time for a serious spring cleaning.  Scrub a dub, dub.

Spring really is a great time to quit. It's a time of new beginnings, a fresh start. What better time to quit smoking. You'll be able to actually breathe in all that wonderful fresh air without hacking and coughing up a lung. You 'll be able to enjoy the outdoors instead of just standing around smoking. You'll be able to exercise without being all bundled up for the weather. You 'll be able to actually smell the spring flowers , and how wonderful you smell without the stench of stale smoke on you. Your skin will be clearer, so will your eyes. Your color will be better. Your taste will be better. You will be free of nicotine!
So start now, start your preparations now and get ready to quit. Read all the posts you can here. Get your NRT's or prescriptions ready, set a quit date. Begin a new life, a healthier lifestyle, a better outlook, a more positive future. Begin a new life that will help you be there to see your Grandchildren and be healthy enough to spend time and to do things with them. Begin a new life that gives you back the pink clean lungs you used to have. You can do this, it all starts right here in these threads. Come join us. Be a quitter!
