Patch or not you still rock for at least tempting to quit smoking. The only reason I was able to quit cold turkey was due to a chest cold which left me not smoking for 2 whole days. So, what I am saying here is it does not matter how you quit it is just GREAT that you QUIT.....

Thanks, I went to Ikea for "my reward". He's not much of a talker or sharer, so I'm relaying what I learn here to him. Hopefully it will work for him, he also has the same daughter after him.lol She's a great help.

Hello everyone, I am on day 2. Day 2 has been good, no BAD cravings, or withdrawls. It might be cuz I'm wimping out and using the patch. Everyone's words of encourgment really helped yesterday. I know have my live-in partner quitting with me. YEAH!!!!
