Hi Carlos -

Welcome aboard! You can do it for sure, and we all want to help you do it. Hell week is tough. Try nic gum or the patch if you need it. I can't do cold turkey - I get to edgy and violent. Do whatever it takes to get through that first week.

People who keep trying to quit are the ones who finally succeed. You're one of those - MAKE IT STICK!

Hi Carlos,

Welcome back although I am relatively new.  Nice to hear you are quiting again - we all know sometimes it takes multiple times of trying to quit before you actually succeed.   It has happened to me each time it gets easier and easier.  One day we each will have our final time and the quit will be pernament.
