Awesome!! Just a walk in the park. I took it for 10 weeks, off and on and near the end only took it when I needed it. Still have a week of pills just in case of emergency. Welcome, I am taking Chantix myself, probably should be off of it by now but I am a little to scared. This is the best place to be, they have helped me more than any of them will ever know. I am on day 5 of Champix (others might know this drug as Chantix)I am quitting on Day 8, which is this Friday. I was very reluctant to use this to help me quit, as I hate drugs. I quit cold turkey last year for 6 weeks, then a darn trigger got the best of me. I didn't follow the not one puff rule. This time, I am determined to quit. I have a lot of reasons to quit, with the best reason being SMOKING SUCKS! I will be relying heavily on the support here, because this is something I really want. I am scared, I am nervous and I am frustrated. I want to be a non smoker...that is the bottom line. Is there anyone else out there who is either quitting on that day or quit in the past couple days that would like to be my quit buddy?;p I will try to be the best support, and only ask for a compassionate ear to hear me when I am mad , sad :(, scared :8o:, frustrated. I can't wait to meet everyone...experienced quitters, new quitters...together, I know I can do this!
