Hi Ayla, Welcome and congratulations on making it through another day. You can do this one minute at a time then one day at a time etc... The sleeping will get better soon. You'll go through a few days to a couple of weeks feeling in a fog but that will go away too. The first 2 weeks are the hardest while your body is going through changes and cleansing itself of the toxins. Most of us went through this and can help you get through it. Reading, posting, deep breaths and plenty of water helps alot. Hang in there and stay close!!!
