How many times do I have to keep trying before I'm successful?

When you desire to quit outweights your desire to smoke, you will quit. Don't give up. Quitting is really a tough thing and very few walk away from smoking unscathed.
A couple of things I told myself over and over again early on were:
1. Everyday is one day closer to never feeling this way again (this is very true)
2. As long as I don't lite that next cigarette, I've got it made.
Dig deep, stand your ground, and refuse to give in to the junkie thinking that wants to take over.
