Hi guys! Yes, this is the first day with none so no stats yet- although to look at it the amount that I saved the last 3 days bought a couple gallons of gas and dinner at mcdonald's for my 2 year old. On another note- any help for this headache? April

Mahogniy, Drinking water is really important to maintain all of our bodily functions. When quitting smoking drinking water also helps to flush your body of all the harmful toxins, to satisfy oral fixations and to keep your mouth lubricated. Brenna Bilingual Health Educator

Mahogniy - Bear is right, the water helps to flush your body of the 'bad stuff' but that's not why I recommend it. I can't explain why (maybe someone else has the answer) but the effect the water has on the craving is extraordinary. As if it actually replaced it for me. Hang tough today & stick close. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 68 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,040 Amount Saved: $397.80 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 2 Mins: 31 Seconds: 43
