Hi Seamus, one week ago I was exactly in your situation - I also was quitting again after having support from this site last year. Leading up to my quit (21st June), I was incredibly nervous - much more so than ever before, and had a really disturbed night on the night before my quit...however, I have done it and so will you. I wonder if the increased nervousness is a sign that this time it's gonna be forever? I think that might just be the case!! Anyway, welcome back!!

After much procrastinating, I have set my quit day for July 1. The closer we get to that day the more nervous I am getting......And of course the old nicotine monster keeps trying to come up with different reasons why I should not quit on July 1. Trying to do my best not to listen to him........ I know I will be coming here often for support and to vent when I am in my quit. This is not my first time using this site......
