Yes, I am truly a Boxer fan. They are a wonderful breed! My husband and I have three, yes three Boxer babies. I'll have to change out the pic sometime to show off the others! We have two (a male and female) that came from the same litter that are four years old. The third is a male and he will be three in August. They are my babies! Hello Boxerfan, I wondered if anyone had tried a stitching hobby to help keep their hands busy! I was thinking I should learn to knit. I do embroidery work but would like to learn something new. I gotta comment on your pic, thats a beauty of a boxer! I have a boxer also, arent they the greatest breed! Asmokefreeme, Just keep doing what you're doing! I promise, it will get better very soon. The first three days are the worst. Early on, deep breathing really helped me alot. I also pampered myself with long soothing bubble baths and started a new hobby (cross-stich) which keeps my hands and mind busy. Of course, hard candy, gum, water, and sunflower seeds were also helpful. Hang in there, Boxerfan My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 70 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,260 Amount Saved: $350.00 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 7 Mins: 44 Seconds: 39

Hi Dupe, Im hanging in there, thanks for asking. I'll be honest, last night the withdrawals were extremely bad. I wanted to log in and post here but I couldnt concentrate enough to form complete sentences! I tried to read some posts but couldnt sit still long enough for that either. I ended up jogging up n down the drive way chanting "I can do this, I can do this"... It was a very emotional time but I made it through. Thanks again for asking, I really appreciate your concern :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 50 Amount Saved: $8.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 3 Mins: 50 Seconds: 51

Welcome asmokefree me!..remmember to take it one day at a time. You will be learning how to live a new life. It is great...it just takes time getting use to. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Find some things to help you out when you get a bad crave. I bought sugarless candy, dried fruit, and chewed some whitening gum. Sour candy and sour gum is great too. Some have found straws to help. I like sunflower seeds. Lots of support here for you...give yourself credit for making the biggest step for your future! ? lolo My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/24/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 42 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 840 Amount Saved: $189.00 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 11 Mins: 3 Seconds: 47
