I need to play some Daniel Powter. I had a tough one, drove to the city, shopping and in & out of the car alot (and used to have a smoke every time I got in it) and busy and tired.
Funny thing, Old Nick did make me panic, but I made it thru. I wasn't as strong as I thought I should be...I need to work harder on being mentally prepared for the physical craving. I think maybe that is what cathces us off guard. You know in your mind what you want to do, and then when it happens, the addiction bites you with surprise.
Well, he didn't bite hard enough! I am still a non smoker! ;)
