Well folks,,thanks to my determined self and this support group which allows me to read all the dirty stuff which entails in the nasty habit helps me go on and on like "that pink bunny"
I am feeling psychologically energized and rewarding myself is as soon as the warmer weather reachs Toronto GTA . As I am typing this I have to keep in mind that tommorrow we are having a funeral service for my brother whom passed away 1 day before my birthday...why I mentioned this is that life comes with very stressful hurdles which we must overcome...He will not cause me
to have a cigarette,, I look at him as inspiration because he quit over 10 yrs ago and nobody though he could quit his 2 pk a day habit,
If he could do it I can do it and anyone here reading this post
can also do it.
With alot of testimonials out here the commonality is we all are fighting soldiers in this battle which we know we can win
God Bless you all and keep up the good fight Cordially Don
