ok sparky we are off and running, I had my last one at 10:00 last night and everything is out of the house. I think detoxing well be alot easier this time because we didn't wait so long in between quits. Have a great day and breath. :) ;) :)

Thanks to all of the respones. It is about 3:15 p.m. here and the day has been going okay. I think (sometimes not a good idea ;p) because I came back so quickly that it seems okay for now. I am not a fool and know what and more than likely will happen. I have a few minor twinges. But breathe in breathe out, water, tea, self-talk and rest has gotten rid of them. I have a dinner to go to tonight, but it is a non smoking enviorment, so that is good. Everyone have a great evening.
