Hey Sparky! Dont be hard on yourself. Arargh I went back to day one SO many times, I really got sick of days one two three etc... Its not what you do, its how you learn from what you do that is important. Make sure you write down WHY you failed, WHY you smoked, so next time you can plan for it. I found that helped. Also once you have been duped once, you will find that you are less likely to fall for the same trick twice. BUt the nicodemon is a clever trickster! it will fool you and trick you.. HA but WE as a group are stronger than that nicodemon, so come here - if you can instead. We are right behind you. Well done for getting back on with it Sparky!! I want to thank all of you for your support, but for now the cigs have a hold on me. Maybe I will try late. Congrats to all of you that have held your quits. I will be looking in now and then and maybe I can come up with another quit. God bless you all!!!

Well I am starting over again. I had a cig last night. I knew I was in danger, but could not protect my quit. I knew exactly what I was doing, so I can not blame anyone or anything for what I did. So I will start again. I am getting quite good at starting over  I knew I could come here, but no I can handle this. Look what it got me - a new date. I am going to go for a walk and try to clear my thoughts and then get on with this day. Kate if you are out there and reading this jump back on and let get a new start together one day at a time. Thank you guys for everything. Hi Sparky - that is junkie talk... the addiction is a walk through hell...BUT it is a choce... So own that you are going back to smoking, and when you are ready to own your Quit, we will be here... Accountability will support you now, and in the future! Do some soul searching, one thing we are not, in this addiction, is helpless... so own your own power no matter what choice you make, Sparky ...
