Hey Tony, Congratulations on your 60 days. I am 10 days behind you. I think if you only think of smoking 3 or 4 times a day that is not very much. I am assuming you smoked for several years. I tell myself that I can't expect the thoughts of smoking to go away in 50 days when I have been doing something for 30 years. I know it will just keep getting easier with time.
