H !! Great news !!! I have a bad memory but you appear to be Canadian.. by the price of your cigarettes. I suggest you take that pack back to the store and trade it in for a nice cappuccino and throw the rest in the gas tank. Or hell take them back and go see a movie or eat lunch.. Just get rid of the dame things !! Glad you didn't smoke !!! Hang Tuff ! It was tough. I even went out and bought a pack of cigarettes on Friday. I got home and decided to wash my kitchen floor before having the cigarette. Then I decided to visit my mom, then I decided to have lunch. After lunch I decided I could have a short nap. I woke up 1 1/2 hours later and it was time to pick up my son at school. Before I knew it, the day had passed and I did not have that cigarette. I still have the pack, unopenned. Should I keep it or throw it out? H - Throw them away - better yet, CUT THEM UP FIRST!! No kidding, I've been known to dig through trash cans, and I'm sure we all have stories like that. I am on day 15, and I can tell you that if there had been cigs around the last few days, I would have smoked. So don't even think of keeping them - Hang in there! Getting rid of them is just symbolic as long as stores nearby continue to stock them do with them as you wish, keep them or discard them, it doesn't really matter, - just don't smoke! Good Luck Penitent d636

H, Why stare the death horse in the mouth? Throw them out and continue on :) Don't forget to plan a reward after you accomplish two weeks! Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
