Welcome!

I am glad you found us and that you are feeling inspired. I can see you have already completed 3 sessions, amazing work! Just remember not to rush the homework, as the homework is the most important part.

Have you found any interesting points you want to be sure to remember?

Good Evening Everyone,

I am new to this site and I have been reading through many of the older posts. I am inspired by the number of people who have found help through this program and I am feeling hopeful about my own state of mind.

I am lucky enough to have a partner, close family and friends who have been able to express their concern for my increasingly odd behavior over the last couple of years and encouraged me to get help.

Anxiety and depression have been a part of my life in one form or another since I was young. Even though I was seeing other people deal with these issues I was unable to see, or possibly admit, that it was happening to me.

I look forward to working through the program and changing the way I speak to/about myself.
