Triggers

The best way to ensure I stick with the schedule is to do the activity tracker..

The important thing is not to beat myself if I do not follow the schedule and begin again.

Great idea. Scheduling your day can be very helpful. How do you ensure you stick with the schedule? What happens if you don't stick to it?

Hi Ashley,

I can't dedicate much time to one thing because I tend to become obsessed about it. The best way to avoid this is to do activity scheduling in which I program different activities as well as time to relax.

It is important to realize what your triggers are and how they affect you.

What is causing this?
How can you handle it?
How can you prevent it?
How can you avoid it?

By preparing and being ready, you can continue to be active within your progress and get to the root of the trigger, as well as being able to combat it.
