Long weekends and summer fun here we come!

You are right Ashley. If there were always good waves maybe it wouldn't be so fun doing surf. Part of doing surfing is looking for meteorological conditions and see what beaches could have the best waves. But even on the best beaches not always there are surfing conditions.

I imagine when you do find good waves it is more appreciated then if they were easy to find?

I wish we had waves in Toronto!

When it is possible and there are good waves I am using part of the weekends to go to the beach and do some surfing. Unfortunately where I live the conditions of surf are not allways very good and I need sometimes to travel some distances to find good surf conditions which is not practical doing this all the time.

Look out weekend, here we come!

This is the start of great long weekends of relaxing and playing.  How will you make time for fun?  What activities will you enjoy with your family and friends?  What plans have you made?  Take these last few week-ends, before the great weather hits, and go over the program.  Refresh your memory, your tips, tools and sessions.

Being ready for anything and challenging it, can help you progress through those tough days.
