Thank you very much for your thoughts everyone.

We will consider everyone's points when we are reviewing the feature.

I'm similar to ~m on this. Often I don't know exactly what to write, or I'm short of time, so both these buttons are useful. From the other point of view, when I have posted on the forum or blog and somebody else finds it helpful or gives their support - that feels good.

I'm not sure about the homepage display of the 'most helpful' members, though. That looks a bit like a competition, and I don't feel it's necessary.

I like both functions... they are especially helpful when I just don't know what to say but want to offer support or let someone know I appreciate what they have written.  When I'm really tired or feeling badly, it is very hard to write... the functions help me stay involved when that is all I can offer.

Hi everyone!

We have been thinking about the Found Helpful (thumbs up symbol)and Give Support (heart symbol) functionality and we wanted to know your oppinion:

Do you like it?
What do you like or dislike about it?
Do you find it confusing?
If you had to pick one which would you pick?
Any other suggestions?

Your input always helps us shape the site and in turn help other people so please speak up!

Thank you,

Ashley, Health Educator
