I write sometimes, I make music. Both can be equally sources of fulfilment or frustration.
Funnily enough, I would describe myself as barely, if at all, depressed at the moment, and I'm not writing at all and hardly making music. Not feeling the need, but I am listening to a lot of music, which is a creative activity itself in a way. I'm just discovering the music of West Africa and the Sahara. Some of it is beautiful.
Eleveno, Yoga can certainly be a creative activity. Since you are so used to focusing on the left brain activities, I wonder what effect bringing more creativity to your life would have? What do you think?

I do not have any important activity where I express myself creatively (unless yoga could be considered a creative activity). Because I am an engineer by profession I allways look for the numbers which I think is an important influence for my all-or-nothing thoughts.
