Samantha,  I totally agree that exercise helps me.  I might not work up a sweat though.  I just might walking at a leisurely pace for a short distance or doing tai chi or doing fitness on my WII  "the easy version of WII fitness". It sure helps me to get a little more energy.

Did you know?

There are a growing number of studies that are showing that exercise can have impressive mood-boosting effects and may even help fight clinical depression. Pills work no better than exercise, in fact exercise improved patients symptoms faster that the antidepressants and with pleasant effects instead of bad side effects. It’s encouraging to know that lifting weights can boost your spirits, and that regular exercise just might help you sweat the blues away.
