As the summer approaches and the warm weather arrives your focus and attention may get thrown off a little. This can disrupt your professional and personal life dramatically.  Routines can be lost and your goals can be forgotten. It’s important to prepare yourself for the changes ahead to ease the transition.
 
Continue to work on your weekly sessions, practice communication exercises and have some coping strategies ready for all times. Don’t let a change in routine ketch you off guard.
